COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

A Kickstarter First: SEA-GULL Debuts Meteorite Rattrapante Chronograph Limited Edition

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Limited to 200 pieces worldwide, the collection combines a genuine Muonionalusta meteorite dial with SEA-GULL’s upgraded in-house ST1961-2 split-seconds caliber.

NEW YORK and TIANJIN, China, June 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SEA-GULL has officially launched its Meteorite Rattrapante Chronograph Limited Edition, available exclusively on Kickstarter. This release marks the first time the historic manufacture has offered a meteorite dial paired with a mechanical split-seconds complication directly to global collectors via a crowdfunding platform.

The Kickstarter campaign offers early-bird pricing starting at HK$35,649 (US$4,549) per watch, or HK$33,669 (US$4,250) per watch in the two-piece tier. MSRP is US$5,200.

Genuine Muonionalusta MeteoriteEach watch dial is precision-cut from the Muonionalusta meteorite, which struck Earth millions of years ago. Having cooled over eons in the vacuum of space, the material exhibits distinct Widmanstätten patterns, natural crystalline structures unique to every individual timepiece. Consequently, no two watches in this 200-piece run feature the same face.

In-House Calibre ST1961-2: A Manual-Winding Rattrapante with Visible CharacterThe rattrapante (split-seconds) chronograph, is considered one of the most mechanically complex chronograph complications, traditionally reserved for timepieces priced above five figures. SEA-GULL developed the calibre ST1961-2 based on the ST19 chronograph architecture and caliber ST1961, the first split-seconds chronograph movement from SEA-GULL.

The movement features a column-wheel construction and an independent pusher at 10 o’clock, allowing the wearer to split, stop, and reset two superimposed chronograph seconds hands. This enables measurement of split times or two concurrent events. The movement is visible through a sapphire crystal display caseback.

Compared with the earlier ST1961 movement, the ST1961-2 features updated finishing, flamed-blued steel screws, and refinements to both visual presentation and mechanical performance.

Grade-5 Titanium Case with 1963 Aviation DNAThe 42.5mm case is machined from grade-5 titanium, selected for its high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. The design draws from Seagull 1963 chronograph, a nod to the brand’s military and pilot watch lineage.

Availability and Special Collector PackageThe Meteorite Rattrapante Chronograph is limited to 200 pieces worldwide. Alongside the single-piece offerings, SEA-GULL is also offering a collector package featuring both the Meteorite Rattrapante Chronograph and the newly introduced Seagull 1963 Meteorite Dial Edition. Together, the two models trace the evolution of the brand’s aviation chronographs. The collection spans from the iconic 1963 which inspired generations of SEA-GULL pilot’s watches, to the brand’s most advanced split-seconds chronograph developed to date.

To learn more about the campaign, visit SEA-GULL on Kickstarter.

Deliveries are expected to begin in July 2026, with backers notified in order of pledge.

About SEA-GULL Watch GroupFounded in 1955, Tianjin SEA-GULL Watch Group is among China’s longest-established mechanical watch manufacturers. Best known for the iconic Seagull 1963, China’s first aviation chronograph, the brand has mastered complex horological technologies including tourbillon, perpetual calendar, minute repeater, and rattrapante mechanisms. In 2025, SEA-GULL launched its global official website at en.seagullwatch.com.

The launch of ELI marks a key milestone in Infosys’ three-year collaboration with Handelsblatt as its official AI & Digital Innovation Partner.

ELI is designed to help modernize Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche editorial operations and deliver more context-rich content experiences to its diverse reader base. Developed by Wongdoody, Infosys’ human experience agency, the solution analyses article content and metadata to intelligently recommend internal links that enhance narrative depth and reader navigation. Seamlessly integrated into Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche content infrastructure, ELI enables editors to enrich stories without interrupting their workflow – freeing time for qualitative reporting, research, and analysis.

The impact of ELI spans the entire publishing ecosystem. For editorial teams, it streamlines link curation and improves operational efficiency. For readers, it creates more immersive and intuitive journey through complex topics. For publishers, it drives measurable outcomes – boosting engagement, increasing time spent on the site, and reinforcing the value of trusted journalism in a competitive digital landscape.

Christian Herp, Chief Product Officer, Handelsblatt Media Group, said, “Editorial Link Intelligence we developed together with Infosys creates direct value for our editorial teams through the targeted use of AI. By integrating the tool into our content management system, it supports journalists in identifying and linking relevant content. In this way, we are sustainably enhancing the user experience and increasing customer satisfaction.”

Charlotte Morré, Member of the Editorial Board, Handelsblatt, said, “Editorial Link Intelligence helps us provide readers with more context and relevant related content on a given topic, giving them better guidance and orientation. What is equally important to us, however, is that the final review and editorial control of this content remain firmly with our newsroom colleagues. In this way, the solution strengthens the quality of the digital user experience while giving our teams more time for research, analysis, and exclusive stories.”

Ashiss Kumar Dash, EVP and Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy & Enterprise Sustainability said, “By combining Infosys’ expertise with Handelsblatt’s editorial excellence, we are creating a blueprint for the future of intelligent storytelling. Editorial Link Intelligence leverages Infosys Aster’s strengths in creating impactful digital experiences and demonstrates how AI can amplify journalistic craft, not by replacing human judgement, but by enriching every article with deeper context, smarter navigation, and more relevant insights. This technology ultimately helps readers engage with complex topics more intuitively and meaningfully, while giving Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche a clear competitive edge in delivering the most contextual, high-quality business journalism in the market.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

We expect to announce NATG’s European market date imminently.”

MiCA, the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, is the European Union’s harmonized regulatory framework for crypto-assets. Under MiCA, admission to trading requires a crypto-asset white paper to be prepared, notified to the applicable authority, and published in accordance with the regulation. For NatGold, acceptance of the NATG MiCA White Paper represents an important step in aligning NATG with Europe’s regulated digital asset market framework.

With NATG set to become accessible to eligible market participants across all 30 European Economic Area member states, the planned European availability marks a major step in NatGold’s expansion beyond its previously announced planned U.S. exchange-based market introduction and into one of the world’s most important digital asset markets, furthering global accessibility for the NATG token.

The expansion builds on the international interest demonstrated during NatGold’s pre-market reservation program, which closed with 133,518 NATG reserved by 17,466 individuals across 162 countries, representing more than US$469 million in gross BIV-referenced reservation interest. This global participation provided an early indication of market interest in NatGold’s digital mining model and its potential appeal as a digitally native, fiat-alternative store-of-value asset.

The date of NATG’s European market availability will be announced separately. In accordance with applicable MiCA publication requirements, the NATG MiCA White Paper has been posted on NatGold’s website, where it is publicly available for review.

Important MiCA Notice

The NATG MiCA White Paper has been filed in accordance with applicable requirements under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. This document was notified to the Central Bank of Ireland on April 3, 2026, and published in accordance with Article 9 of MiCA on May 7, 2026. Acceptance of the filing does not constitute approval or endorsement of NATG by any competent authority, nor should it be interpreted as a recommendation or assessment of the merits of NATG.

CorrectSequence Therapeutics Reports Positive 15-Month Follow-Up Data for CS-206

SHANGHAI, June 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CorrectSequence Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (Correctseq), a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering transformer Base Editing (tBE) technology for severe diseases, announced that the first sickle cell disease (SCD) patient being treated in China with its high-precision base-editing therapy CS-206 has remained free of vaso-occlusive crises (VOCs) for more than 15 months following engraftment. Starting from 60 Days after the last red-cell transfusion, the patient has remained free from VOCs and anemia for 13 consecutive months, achieving the primary efficacy endpoint. The follow-up data demonstrated favorable safety and efficacy of CS-206.

The patient, a 21-year-old woman from Nigeria, had experienced recurrent severe VOCs prior to treatment with CS-206. After receiving CS-206 treatment in February 2025, the patient achieved rapid and efficient hematopoietic reconstitution, with neutrophil engraftment observed on Day 13 and platelet counts exceeding 50×10^9/L on Day 21 post-treatment. Within one month after treatment, fetal hemoglobin (HbF) levels increased significantly and continuously, while sickle hemoglobin (HbS) levels declined substantially and persistently. Beginning at Month 3 after treatment, the HbF-to-HbS ratio stabilized at approximately 6:4 and has remained stable thereafter. No product-related adverse events have been observed to date.

CS-206 is a proprietary base-editing therapy independently developed by Correctseq for the treatment of SCD. The therapy utilizes the highly precise transformer Base Editor (tBE), an original gene-editing technology developed by Correctseq’s scientific co-founders (Wang et al., Nature Cell Biology, 2021), to precisely edit the HBG1/2 promoter region in autologous hematopoietic stem cells collected from patients. The editing mimics naturally occurring beneficial mutations found in healthy individuals, thereby reactivating γ-globin expression and rapidly increasing fetal hemoglobin levels.

This therapy effectively suppresses red blood cell sickling and significantly reduces vaso-occlusive crises and hemolysis. Compared with CRISPR-based gene-editing therapies for SCD, CS-206 offers the technological advantage of precise single-base correction without introducing DNA double-strand breaks, thereby avoiding risks such as large genomic deletions, chromosomal abnormalities, and off-target mutations. It is a safer and more efficient therapeutic approach. In addition, the therapy enables rapid hematopoietic recovery and substantial elevation of fetal hemoglobin levels, reducing the proportion of sickle hemoglobin and more effectively and durably preventing red blood cell sickling.

SCD is a hereditary hemoglobin disorder caused by mutations in the β-globin gene. Patients may experience chronic anemia, recurrent pain crises, infections, and progressive organ damage, with severe cases becoming life-threatening. Approximately 3.5% of global population carries the sickle cell mutation gene, and around 300,000 babies are born with the disease each year, with particularly high prevalence in Africa, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and South Asia. SCD and β-thalassemia are both classified as hemoglobinopathies, among the world’s most common monogenic inherited diseases. Approximately 7% of global population carries abnormal hemoglobin genes, with an estimated 400,000 affected births annually worldwide.

Based on the same tBE technology platform and therapeutic pathway, CS-101 developed by Correctseq for β-thalassemia has successfully cured more than ten β-thalassemia patients from China (Lai et al., Nature, 2026), Laos, Malaysia, Pakistan in clinical trials. As of the end of May 2026, all patients treated with CS-101 have remained transfusion-independent for more than 15 months, with the longest duration exceeding 30 months.

Global recruitment for the investigator-initiated trial (IIT) of CS-206 for SCD is currently ongoing. Correctseq is accelerating the clinical development and commercialization of both CS-101 and CS-206, with the goal of providing hemoglobinopathy patients worldwide with safer, more effective, and more affordable treatment options.

About CorrectSequence TherapeuticsCorrectSequence Therapeutics (Correctseq), is a clinical-stage biotech company employing its proprietary transformer Base Editor (tBE) to pioneer next-generation gene editing therapies. The company has developed multiple state-of-the-art base-editing systems that offer exceptional precision, minimize off-target effects, and enhance ex vivo and in vivo editing efficiency. Its robust pipeline spans genetic disorders, metabolic diseases, and cardiovascular conditions, with several programs already advancing toward clinical development.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Approval Based Upon Phase 3 DeLLphi-304 Trial Demonstrating 40% Reduction in Risk of Death with IMDYLLTRA Compared to Chemotherapy

Novel Treatment Option for Patients with Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer That Has Progressed

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., June 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) today announced that the European Commission (EC) has granted marketing authorization for IMDYLLTRA® (tarlatamab) as a monotherapy to treat adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) who require systemic therapy following disease progression on or after first-line treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy.

The approval was based on results from DeLLphi-304, the first global Phase 3 trial to demonstrate a significant survival benefit over chemotherapy in this setting.1

“Small cell lung cancer is one of the most aggressive solid tumors, with high rates of relapse following first-line treatment and limited treatment options,” said Jean-Charles Soria, senior vice president of Oncology at Amgen. “The European Commission’s approval of IMDYLLTRA, the first and only T-cell engager therapy approved to treat small cell lung cancer, marks an important step forward for patients in Europe and reflects our commitment to advancing innovative medicines that can meaningfully improve outcomes for people living with this devastating disease.”

DeLLphi-304, the global Phase 3 clinical trial, demonstrated that IMDYLLTRA reduced the risk of death by 40% and significantly extended median overall survival (OS) by more than five months compared to standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy as a treatment for patients with ES-SCLC who progressed on or after one line of platinum-based chemotherapy (median OS: 13.6 vs. 8.3 months; hazard ratio (HR), 0.60; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.47, 0.77; P < 0.001).1

“Patients with small cell lung cancer have historically faced a hard road when they progress after initial treatment, surviving only a few months,” said Debra Montague, president, Lung Cancer Europe (LuCE). “Approval of a novel treatment option for people in Europe living with this challenging cancer represents meaningful progress and underscores the urgent need for innovation in lung cancer care.”

The safety profile for IMDYLLTRA was consistent with its known profile. The most common adverse reactions were cytokine release syndrome (CRS) (56.7%), decreased appetite (36.4%), pyrexia (31.9%), dysgeusia (31.3%), constipation (30.4%), anaemia (30.0%), fatigue (29.8%), nausea (24.9%), asthenia (19.0%), neutropenia (16.9%), hyponatraemia (16.7%), headache (16.3%) and lymphopenia (15.6%). The most common serious adverse reactions were CRS (19.7%) and pyrexia (4.7%).

CRS primarily occurred after the first two doses. As reflected in the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC), patients should be monitored from the start of the IMDYLLTRA infusion for 6 to 8 hours on Cycle 1 Day 1 and Cycle 1 Day 8 in an appropriate healthcare setting.2

Amgen’s robust IMDYLLTRA clinical development program includes the DeLLphi clinical trials, which evaluate IMDYLLTRA as a monotherapy and as part of combination regimens, including in both earlier stages of SCLC and earlier lines of treatment.

About the Phase 3 DeLLphi-304 StudyDeLLphi-304 is a global Phase 3, randomized, controlled, open-label clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of IMDYLLTRA as a treatment for patients living with SCLC who progressed on or after one platinum-based chemotherapy regimen. Five hundred and nine patients were randomized to receive either IMDYLLTRA or local standard of care chemotherapy (topotecan in all countries except Japan; lurbinectedin in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Singapore, South Korea; and amrubicin in Japan). The primary outcome measure of the trial is OS. Key secondary outcome measures include progression-free survival (PFS) and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) including disease-related symptoms, physical function, and quality of life.3 Results from DeLLphi-304 were reviewed as a late-breaking presentation at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting and simultaneously published in The New England Journal of Medicine.1,4

About IMDELLTRA®/IMDYLLTRA® (tarlatamab)IMDYLLTRA is a first-in-class targeted immunotherapy engineered by Amgen researchers to bind to both DLL3 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby activating T cells to kill DLL3-expressing SCLC cells. This results in the formation of a cytolytic synapse with lysis of the cancer cell. 5,6 DLL3 is a protein that is expressed on the surface of SCLC cells in up to 96% of patients with SCLC, but is minimally expressed on healthy cells, making it an exciting target.7,8

About Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)   SCLC is one of the most aggressive and devastating forms of solid tumor cancer. Each year, SCLC accounts for approximately 13-15% of more than 2.4 million cases of lung cancer diagnosed worldwide.9-11 Despite initial high response rates to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, most patients quickly relapse within months and require subsequent treatment options.10

About Tarlatamab Clinical TrialsTarlatamab is being investigated in multiple studies including DeLLphi-303, a Phase 1b study investigating tarlatamab in combination with SOC therapies in first-line ES-SCLC; DeLLphi-305, a randomized Phase 3 study comparing tarlatamab in combination with durvalumab vs. durvalumab alone in first-line ES-SCLC in the maintenance setting; DeLLphi-306, a randomized placebo-controlled Phase 3 study of tarlatamab following concurrent chemoradiotherapy in limited-stage SCLC; DeLLphi-308, a Phase 1b study evaluating subcutaneous tarlatamab in second-line or later ES-SCLC; DeLLphi-309, a Phase 2 study evaluating alternative intravenous dosing regimens with tarlatamab in second-line ES-SCLC; DeLLphi-310, a Phase 1b study of tarlatamab in combination with YL201, a B7-H3 targeting antibody drug conjugate, with or without anti-programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) in patients with ES-SCLC; DeLLphi-311, a Phase 1b study of tarlatamab in combination with etakafusp alfa (AB248), a novel CD8+ T-cell selective interleukin-2 (IL-2), in patients with ES-SCLC; DeLLphi-312, a randomized Phase 3 study evaluating tarlatamab in combination with carboplatin, etoposide and durvalumab as an induction and maintenance therapy in first-line treatment of ES-SCLC; and DeLLphi-313, a Phase 1b study of tarlatamab in combination with zocilurtatug pelitecan, a DLL3 targeting antibody drug conjugate, with and without a PD-L1 inhibitor in patients with ES-SCLC.12
Forward-looking statements involve significant risks and uncertainties, including those discussed below and more fully described in the Securities and Exchange Commission reports filed by Amgen, including our most recent annual report on Form 10-K and any subsequent periodic reports on Form 10-Q and current reports on Form 8-K. Unless otherwise noted, Amgen is providing this information as of the date of this news release and does not undertake any obligation to update any forward-looking statements contained in this document as a result of new information, future events or otherwise.

No forward-looking statement can be guaranteed and actual results may differ materially from those we project. Discovery or identification of new product candidates or development of new indications for existing products cannot be guaranteed and movement from concept to product is uncertain; consequently, there can be no guarantee that any particular product candidate or development of a new indication for an existing product will be successful and become a commercial product. Further, preclinical results do not guarantee safe and effective performance of product candidates in humans. The complexity of the human body cannot be perfectly, or sometimes, even adequately modeled by computer or cell culture systems or animal models. The length of time that it takes for us to complete clinical trials and obtain regulatory approval for product marketing has in the past varied and we expect similar variability in the future. Even when clinical trials are successful, regulatory authorities may question the sufficiency for approval of the trial endpoints we have selected. We develop product candidates internally and through licensing collaborations, partnerships and joint ventures. Product candidates that are derived from relationships may be subject to disputes between the parties or may prove to be not as effective or as safe as we may have believed at the time of entering into such relationship. Also, we or others could identify safety, side effects or manufacturing problems with our products, including our devices, after they are on the market.

Our results may be affected by our ability to successfully market both new and existing products domestically and internationally, clinical and regulatory developments involving current and future products, sales growth of recently launched products, competition from other products including biosimilars, difficulties or delays in manufacturing our products and global economic conditions, including those resulting from geopolitical relations and government actions. In addition, sales of our products are affected by pricing pressure, political and public scrutiny and reimbursement policies imposed by third-party payers, including governments, private insurance plans and managed care providers and may be affected by regulatory, clinical and guideline developments and domestic and international trends toward managed care and healthcare cost containment. Furthermore, our research, testing, pricing, marketing and other operations are subject to extensive regulation by domestic and foreign government regulatory authorities. Our business may be impacted by government investigations, litigation and product liability claims. In addition, our business may be impacted by the adoption of new tax legislation or exposure to additional tax liabilities. Further, while we routinely obtain patents for our products and technology, the protection offered by our patents and patent applications may be challenged, invalidated or circumvented by our competitors, or we may fail to prevail in present and future intellectual property litigation. We perform a substantial amount of our commercial manufacturing activities at a few key facilities, including in Puerto Rico, and also depend on third parties for a portion of our manufacturing activities, and limits on supply may constrain sales of certain of our current products and product candidate development. An outbreak of disease or similar public health threat, and the public and governmental effort to mitigate against the spread of such disease, could have a significant adverse effect on the supply of materials for our manufacturing activities, the distribution of our products, the commercialization of our product candidates, and our clinical trial operations, and any such events may have a material adverse effect on our product development, product sales, business and results of operations. We rely on collaborations with third parties for the development of some of our product candidates and for the commercialization and sales of some of our commercial products. In addition, we compete with other companies with respect to many of our marketed products as well as for the discovery and development of new products. Further, some raw materials, medical devices and component parts for our products are supplied by sole third-party suppliers. Certain of our distributors, customers and payers have substantial purchasing leverage in their dealings with us. The discovery of significant problems with a product similar to one of our products that implicate an entire class of products could have a material adverse effect on sales of the affected products and on our business and results of operations. Our efforts to collaborate with or acquire other companies, products or technology, and to integrate the operations of companies or to support the products or technology we have acquired, may not be successful, and may result in unanticipated costs, delays or failures to realize the benefits of the transactions. A breakdown, cyberattack or information security breach of our information technology systems could compromise the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our systems and our data. Our stock price is volatile and may be affected by a number of events. Our business and operations may be negatively affected by the failure, or perceived failure, of achieving our sustainability objectives. The effects of global climate change and related natural disasters could negatively affect our business and operations. Global economic conditions may magnify certain risks that affect our business. Our business performance could affect or limit the ability of our Board of Directors to declare a dividend or our ability to pay a dividend or repurchase our common stock. We may not be able to access the capital and credit markets on terms that are favorable to us, or at all.

PRESS RELEASE

Bloomberg (THEON:NA) / Reuters (THEON.AS)

1 June 2026 – Theon International Plc (THEON) announces new orders totaling €42 million in Q2 2026 to date, with an additional €27 million in associated options. The majority relates to Kappa Optronics’ (KAPPA) Vehicle Awareness Systems for several hundred armored vehicles in a European Union country, with deliveries spanning from 2026 to 2028. The order will be funded through the EU’s SAFE (Security Action For Europe) mechanism, allowing other countries to join under the same contract, creating potential for additional new business and growing orders. Together with the recently announced PHYLAX order, it supports THEON’s expansion into the platform-based segment and its broader revenue growth and diversification strategy.

Year-to-date, total order intake and new options stand at €144 million and €67 million respectively, reflecting sustained momentum across NVGs and the newer products. As stated earlier in the year, THEON targets to maintain an elevated book-to-bill ratio of above 1.0x in FY 2026. The majority of order intake is typically realized in H2, with a particularly strong concentration in Q4, reflecting the seasonality of the business. Ongoing geopolitical developments and Europe’s commitment to rearmament continue to underpin demand for defense equipment and THEON’s broadened product offering. THEON has full confidence in its current FY 2026 guidance which represents revenue increase of c. 30% on FY 2025, of which more than 20% is expected to be organic.

Philippe Mennicken, Deputy CEO and Business Development Director of THEON, stated: “This KAPPA order represents more than 50% of its current annual revenues and was secured just over four months after the deal closed. KAPPA’s product portfolio was combined with THEON’s commercial reach to secure a meaningful addition to our backlog. It’s a testament and great illustration of the top-line commercial synergies we can achieve through our recently acquired companies, leveraging our strong BD network and customers’ trust. We expect to further accelerate our push into platforms through our investment in MERIO, and other targeted initiatives and business opportunities”.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

YEREVAN, Armenia, June 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Armen Pogossian, Owner of Pogossian Luxury Brand House, became the first Armenian entrepreneur to appear within the Forbes Under 30 platform in China, marking a significant milestone for Armenian entrepreneurship, luxury craftsmanship, and international business representation.

Pogossian was invited to participate in the 2024–2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit China, held at Zhengzhou Sias University in Henan Province alongside the 2026 Forbes China Economic Forum. His presence at the prestigious gathering highlighted not only his growing international profile, but also Armenia’s expanding voice in global entrepreneurship, luxury branding, and cross-border collaboration.

Held under the forward-looking theme “Jumpstarting the Future,” the two-day summit brought together an influential community of past and present Forbes China Under 30 honorees, global financial and business leaders, visionary investors, industry judges, academic pioneers, and senior Forbes China executives.

The summit opened with an exclusive welcome reception in the French Garden of Zhengzhou Sias University, where remarks were delivered by Herman Chik, Head of International Business at Forbes China, and Niu Xiaoyu, Party Secretary of Zhengzhou Sias University. The setting created a powerful atmosphere for dialogue, innovation, and connection among the next generation of leaders.

As part of the summit’s high-level dialogue, Armen Pogossian shared his perspective on the role of young entrepreneurs in shaping the future of global business.

“Future entrepreneurs do not simply follow trends; they create them in an ever-changing market. Bringing together individuals who share this vision of excellence makes transformative change inevitable. My experience at the Forbes Under 30 Summit proved that by exchanging ideas, embracing innovation, and remaining open to borderless collaboration, we can begin to see and shape a part of the future before it even arrives.”

Throughout the summit, Pogossian engaged with leading entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and business figures from across China and beyond. His participation reflected a broader mission: to connect Armenian excellence with international platforms that recognize talent, ambition, and future-focused leadership.

The summit’s main program featured five keynote speeches and three specialized roundtable forums, covering topics including AI-powered smart hardware, domestic computing power ecosystems, new consumer brand logic, and embodied intelligent robotics.

A major highlight of the event was the highly anticipated Under 30 Awards Gala, where honorees from the 2024 and 2025 Forbes China Under 30 lists were celebrated. The evening spotlighted the diversity, ambition, and vision driving China’s newest generation of business leaders.

During the summit, the elegantly designed Jardins d’Arménie booth attracted notable attention from guests, offering an immersive tasting experience that introduced attendees to the distinctive character and heritage of the royal brandy. The activation further strengthened Armenia’s cultural and luxury presence within the Forbes Under 30 environment.

Pogossian Luxury Brand House supported the successful execution of the summit alongside a prestigious group of corporate partners, including iSoftStone, Plug and Play China, Dreame AI Smart Ring, and MarcumAsia.

Armen Pogossian is the 27 year old owner of Pogossian Luxury Brand House, one of the fastest growing international luxury groups built on a family legacy of craftsmanship, creativity, and excellence. Representing a new generation of Armenian entrepreneurs, Pogossian continues to expand the presence of innovative luxury across global markets.

Based in Armenia and present in more than 40 countries, Pogossian Luxury Brand House embodies a vision of creativity, excellence, and immersive brand experiences designed for an international clientele.
