<p>Lockton&#8217;s U.S. business delivered another strong year, continuing a pattern of sustained momentum across the market. U.S. revenue finished just under $3 billion, up 11% year over year, marking the U.S. business&#8217;s eighth consecutive year of double-digit growth.  </p>
<p>This performance was supported by strong client retention and continued growth in key parts of the business. Backed by one of the industry&#8217;s strongest producer groups and highly collaborative service teams, Lockton achieved a 94% client revenue retention rate.  </p>

<p>Più responsabilità dove nasce il caffè </p>
<p>Julius Meinl si approvvigiona di caffè verde da 16 paesi di origine. Un traguardo importante è stato raggiunto alla fine del 2025: il 100% di &#8220;Caffè selezionato responsabilmente&#8221; è stato acquistato per gli impianti di tostatura di Vienna e Vicenza, raggiungendo uno dei principali obiettivi di sostenibilità dell&#8217;azienda. Ciò significa che tutto il caffè verde viene acquistato secondo i criteri di sostenibilità della Global Coffee Platform, che includono aspetti ambientali, sociali ed economici. </p>
<p>Il &#8220;Generations Programme&#8221; è stato ampliato in anticipo coinvolgendo da due a quattro paesi di origine: oggi Julius Meinl supporta i coltivatori di caffè in Colombia, Uganda, India e Honduras attraverso pratiche di agricoltura rigenerativa, diversificazione del reddito e il rafforzamento in particolare verso le donne e le nuove generazioni nelle comunità agricole. Il programma mira a rafforzare la resilienza a lungo termine delle comunità di coltivatori rispetto agli impatti del cambiamento climatico. Attualmente più di 1.500 coltivatori di caffè e le loro famiglie sono coinvolti nelle attività progettuali in corso e pianificate. </p>

<p>Meno emissioni, più energia rinnovabile nelle nostre attività </p>
<p>Nel 2025 Julius Meinl ha implementato ulteriori misure per ridurre il proprio impatto ambientale. Con l&#8217;introduzione di nuove tecnologie per la riduzione delle emissioni negli ultimi due impianti di torrefazione rimasti, è stata ottenuta una riduzione delle emissioni per singolo ciclo di tostatura fino al 50%. Allo stesso tempo, Julius Meinl continua a utilizzare elettricità 100% rinnovabile nei propri stabilimenti produttivi di Vienna e Vicenza. A livello globale, l&#8217;energia elettrica rinnovabile rappresenta l&#8217;81% del consumo totale di elettricità dell&#8217;azienda. </p>

In base alle recenti rilevazioni pubblicate dall&#8217;<b data-path-to-node="0" data-index-in-node="128">Istat</b>, la regione segna una crescita del <b data-path-to-node="0" data-index-in-node="169">30,2 per cento</b> dei volumi diretti verso i mercati esteri, un dato che stacca nettamente la media nazionale, attualmente ferma all&#8217;1,3 per cento.</p>

<p>PIR-Cam uses RF-HD transmission to upload six 1600×1200 images to mobile apps or monitoring software within six seconds over the 2.4GHz band. </p>
<p>In hardware linkage mode, alarm panels act as the core, connecting IPC devices via LAN. Alarm rules are stored in the panel, enabling local execution while video is uploaded once to the cloud via public network, reducing latency and improving reliability. <p>The service is structured within an ecosystem where Cecabank provides the technological infrastructure and assumes institutional custody of cryptocurrency assets, extending its traditional model of custody and post-trading services to the digital asset arena. For the execution of buy and sell operations, the entity relies on Bit2Me, a partner specialized in digital asset exchange, a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) compliant with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), with whom it has maintained a strategic alliance since May 2024. </p>

<p>The model reduces operational and technological complexity, relying on an infrastructure that is already operational and validated, and under standards equivalent to those of the traditional securities business. In particular, it integrates cryptocurrency trading operations, real-time access to market data, and advanced execution capabilities, together with a secure custody infrastructure. Furthermore, the platform has been developed under an approach fully aligned with regulatory requirements, incorporating high standards of cybersecurity and compliance. </p>
<p>Cecabank&#8217;s value proposition includes an end-to-end service covering the entire value chain, allowing entities to offer their end clients the trading of an initial universe of crypto-assets that includes the main stablecoins adapted to the European regulatory framework. </p>
