Le imprese non hanno più bisogno di assumere giovani per svolgere compiti ripetitivi.  </p>

<p>Diventa imperativo lo sviluppo di competenze ibride, un mix tra conoscenze tecniche verticali e abilità trasversali come il pensiero critico e la risoluzione dei problemi. Un giovane candidato oggi deve dimostrare non solo di conoscere la teoria appresa all&#8217;università, ma di saperla applicare immediatamente in un ambiente lavorativo dominato dall&#8217;automazione. </p>

Il turismo si prepara alla stagione estiva con largo anticipo, cercando direttori di struttura, responsabili dell&#8217;accoglienza multilingue e specialisti del marketing territoriale. La logistica, spinta dalle abitudini di consumo consolidate legate all&#8217;e-commerce, richiede continuamente coordinatori di magazzino automatizzato, autisti specializzati e analisti della supply chain.  </p>

<p>Un altro settore in fortissima espansione è quello dei servizi alla persona e della sanità privata. L&#8217;invecchiamento demografico della popolazione italiana genera una domanda costante di operatori socio-sanitari, infermieri e manager di strutture assistenziali. Le imprese cercano figure capaci di unire l&#8217;empatia necessaria per il contatto umano con la capacità di utilizzare strumenti di telemedicina e monitoraggio digitale, confermando la necessità di un aggiornamento continuo delle proprie abilità. </p>

<p>Il vero ostacolo per la crescita economica del Paese rimane il fenomeno del mismatch occupazionale: le aziende che offrono posti di lavoro, ma i candidati disponibili non possiedono le qualifiche richieste.  </p>

<p>Chi si affaccia oggi sul mercato deve considerare percorsi di riqualificazione intensiva. Professioni come l&#8217;AI Engineer, capace di addestrare e ottimizzare modelli linguistici per le aziende, o il Content Producer specializzato in formati immersivi, offrono garanzie di assunzione quasi immediate, spesso con retribuzioni superiori alla media. </p>

<p>Orientarsi in un ambiente così frammentato richiede metodo e strumenti adeguati. Inviare curriculum a pioggia senza una strategia precisa porta quasi sempre a frustrazione e lunghi periodi di inattività: prima ancora di candidarsi, conviene ragionare sulle strategie efficaci per trovare lavoro e definire obiettivi chiari, settori di interesse e competenze da valorizzare.  </p>

<p>La vera competizione tra le imprese si gioca sul terreno del welfare aziendale. Le aziende più lungimiranti offrono pacchetti che vanno ben oltre il semplice buono pasto. Si parla di contributi concreti per il pagamento degli asili nido, abbonamenti per i mezzi pubblici, assicurazioni sanitarie estese all&#8217;intero nucleo familiare e sportelli di supporto psicologico gratuiti e anonimi.  </p>

<p>Torino, 26 maggio 2026 – Il gusto come linguaggio culturale, leva economica e strumento strategico di promozione territoriale. È questo il filo conduttore del convegno “Il Turismo del Gusto – L’enogastronomia come leva nella promozione turistica del territorio piemontese”, promosso da Manageritalia Piemonte e Valle d’Aosta e ospitato nella prestigiosa cornice di Palazzo Madama a Torino. </p>

<p>L’iniziativa ha riunito istituzioni, imprese, professionisti del turismo, della cultura e dell’enogastronomia, confermando quanto il Piemonte rappresenti oggi uno dei paesaggi gastronomici più autorevoli d’Europa e un laboratorio avanzato di sviluppo territoriale. </p>

<p>Secondo gli ultimi dati del report annuale AITE – Associazione Italiana Turismo Enogastronomico, il turismo enogastronomico vale oggi oltre 40 miliardi di Euro ed è ormai un pilastro della filiera turistica nazionale: il 70% degli italiani ha scelto almeno una vacanza motivata da cibo, vino o prodotti tipici negli ultimi tre anni, mentre il bacino potenziale dei “turisti del gusto” è stimato in 14,5 milioni di persone.<br />

<p>Secondo i dati dell’Osservatorio Turistico della Regione Piemonte il turismo incide per oltre il 10% del PIL regionale, con 6,73 milioni di arrivi e oltre 18 milioni di presenze nel 2025, in crescita di circa il 7% rispetto all’anno precedente e l’enogastronomia è tra i driver di attrattività internazionale. Oltre il 50% dei pernottamenti è inoltre generato da turisti stranieri. Il peso strategico del turismo per il Piemonte e la Valle d’Aosta emerge anche sul fronte occupazionale, secondo gli ultimi dati INPS disponibili, il settore conta complessivamente 81.336 addetti, tra cui 31 dirigenti, 303 quadri, 8.230 impiegati e oltre 66mila operai. Numeri che confermano come il turismo rappresenti non solo un asset fondamentale per l’economia territoriale, ma anche un importante motore di occupazione e sviluppo professionale lungo l’intera filiera dell’ospitalità e dei servizi. </p>

<p>Il convegno si è aperto con i saluti istituzionali di Alfredo Lanfredi, Presidente di Manageritalia Piemonte e Valle d’Aosta, affiancato da Simone Pizzoglio, Vicepresidente di Manageritalia. Tra gli interventi più attesi, quello del Sen. Gian Marco Centinaio, Vicepresidente del Senato della Repubblica, Davide Nicco, Presidente del Consiglio Regionale Piemonte e di Paolo Bongioanni, Assessore Regione Piemonte al Commercio, Agricoltura e cibo, Turismo, cui presenza ha conferito all’incontro un forte valore istituzionale e politico. </p>

<p> Un’intera struttura ricettiva trasformata in un percorso di enigmi e indizi. Accadrà a partire da gennaio 2026 a San Vigilio di Marebbe, in Alto Adige, dove AMA Stay lancerà “AMA Escape”, presentata come la prima escape room realizzata interamente all’interno di un hotel in Italia. </p>
<p>Il progetto coinvolgerà gli spazi del residence-workstation ai piedi del Plan de Corones in un’esperienza immersiva indoor ispirata alla cultura ladina, all’arte e al mistero. I partecipanti riceveranno una busta sigillata contenente il primo indizio e dovranno risolvere il “caso” entro 75 minuti, attraversando diversi ambienti della struttura tra dettagli nascosti, codici da decifrare e narrazioni da ricostruire. </p>
<p>L’esperienza è stata sviluppata da Josef Rizk in collaborazione con Spielearchitekten, studio berlinese specializzato nella progettazione di giochi immersivi e format esperienziali. Il percorso sarà disponibile tutto l’anno e potrà essere svolto da gruppi composti da 3 a 6 persone. </p>
<p>AMA Escape sarà accessibile in italiano, tedesco e inglese e si rivolgerà sia agli ospiti della struttura sia a gruppi esterni, famiglie, amici o team aziendali interessati ad attività di gruppo e team building. Le prenotazioni potranno essere effettuate online, telefonicamente oppure direttamente presso la reception di AMA Stay. </p>
<p>L’iniziativa si inserisce nel crescente sviluppo del turismo esperienziale e delle attività immersive applicate all’ospitalità, un settore in cui hotel e strutture ricettive stanno ampliando l’offerta con format che uniscono intrattenimento, territorio e coinvolgimento diretto degli ospiti. In questo caso, il gioco è stato progettato per valorizzare anche elementi identitari della località e della tradizione ladina, integrandoli nella narrazione dell’esperienza. </p>
<p>AMA Stay, struttura situata a San Vigilio di Marebbe, è conosciuta per un modello di ospitalità ibrida che combina soggiorno, coworking, benessere e attività outdoor. Con AMA Escape, la struttura amplia ulteriormente la propria proposta introducendo un format finora inedito nel panorama alberghiero italiano. </p>
<p>Dopo il percorso di gioco, sarà inoltre possibile utilizzare gli spazi relax della struttura o abbinare all’esperienza un aperitivo o una cena presso l’AMA Restaurant. </p>

                <title>Un milione di euro per l’apicoltura toscana: al via i finanziamenti per la campagna 2026-2027</title>

                <description><![CDATA[<p><p data-path-to-node="4">La giunta regionale della Toscana ha dato ufficialmente il via alla campagna apistica per l&#8217;annualità <b data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="102">2026-2027</b>, approvando una delibera che mette a disposizione del settore un budget complessivo di <b data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="199">un milione di euro</b>.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="5">Lo stanziamento viaggerà su due binari paralleli. Più della metà dei fondi sarà affidata alle associazioni di categoria maggiormente rappresentative, con lo scopo di finanziare le attività di aggiornamento professionale, l&#8217;assistenza tecnica alle aziende, la promozione e le strategie di difesa dalle malattie e dai parassiti. La quota restante andrà invece a supportare le azioni dirette dei singoli apicoltori, i quali potranno impiegare le risorse per acquistare macchinari e sistemi di gestione, ripopolare gli sciami, razionalizzare le transumanze, lottare contro le patologie e garantire l&#8217;alimentazione di soccorso agli alveari qualora si verifichino crisi climatiche accertate da Ismea e certificate dal Ministero.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="6">Per il presidente della Regione, <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="33">Eugenio Giani</b>, si tratta di una misura di vitale importanza per il territorio: &#8220;L’apicoltura rappresenta un presidio fondamentale per la biodiversità, la tutela dell’ambiente e la qualità delle produzioni agricole toscane. Con questo milione di euro confermiamo l’impegno della Regione nel sostenere concretamente un comparto strategico, aiutando le aziende ad affrontare le difficoltà legate ai cambiamenti climatici e alla diffusione delle patologie degli alveari&#8221;.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="7">Un concetto condiviso e ampliato dall&#8217;assessore all&#8217;agricoltura, <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="65">Leonardo Marras</b>: &#8220;Investire sull’apicoltura significa investire sull’innovazione, sulla sostenibilità e sulla competitività delle nostre imprese agricole. Le risorse stanziate consentiranno sia di rafforzare il lavoro delle associazioni di categoria sia di sostenere direttamente gli apicoltori negli interventi necessari a migliorare la produzione e la gestione aziendale&#8221;.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="8">Per accedere ai contributi, gli operatori dovranno attendere l&#8217;imminente pubblicazione dei bandi attuativi e presentare la propria domanda esclusivamente attraverso il portale telematico <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="187">ARTEA</b>. Le prospettive per i richiedenti si preannunciano rosee, forte dei dati registrati nelle stagioni precedenti. Nelle scorse campagne, infatti, le istanze dei singoli produttori hanno sempre ottenuto una copertura finanziaria totale, mentre i progetti associativi sono stati sostenuti per oltre l&#8217;80 per cento. Più in generale, l&#8217;erogazione effettiva delle risorse complessive si è sempre mantenuta al di sopra dell&#8217;85 per cento rispetto alle assegnazioni iniziali di bilancio.</p>
